Lodging in Indiana State Park inns (three nights) and nice hotels (two nights) is included in the tour fee. All accommodations offer comfortable beds, air conditioning, and free WiFi.
Bruce Noah, six-time participant, shared his experiences on RAINSTORM™ in Adventure Cycling.

Any SAG driver or cyclist engaging in reckless behavior will be excused from the tour without a refund.
Minors (anyone under the age of 18 years) must be accompanied by a supervising, registered adult, and that adult must be identified on the minor's registration form.
Registration for 2016 will open January 1 and close Monday, May 9, 2016.
A maximum of 60 people may participate. We reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund your entry fee in full if fewer than 25 people register. We expect to fill in 2016, so register early!
The 2016 STORM jersey by Primal, included in your registration fee, will be offered in a unisex club cut with a full zipper. Due to demand, the design will be different than the 2016 RAIN jersey.
Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
All cancellations must be received in writing (see Contact Us for assistance) and received by the specified date. Cancellations are subject to a $150.00/person fee; the remainder of your payment will be refunded. No refunds will be given for any reason after the closing date.
We urge you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in case you are forced to withdraw from the tour after the closing date. Trip cancellation insurance is available by visiting McKay Insurance or calling 800.942.0283. Our participants who have used this insurance find it very reasonable in cost.
Confirmation postcards will be mailed. Packets will be available at our host hotel the evening before the ride, and at Earlham College the morning of the ride.
