RAINSTORM™ Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

All cancellations must be received in writing (see Contact Us for assistance) and received by the specified date. Cancellations are subject to a $100.00/person fee; the remainder of your payment will be refunded. No refunds will be given for any reason after May 2.

We urge you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in case you are forced to withdraw from the tour after the closing date. Trip cancellation insurance is available by visiting McKay Insurance or calling 800.942.0283. Our participants who have used this insurance find it very reasonable in cost.

After your entry has been received, you'll get a confirmation postcard in the mail. Please contact us if you do not receive one. Registration packets will be available at our host hotel the evening before the ride, and at Earlham College the morning of the ride.
